Omv\u00e4nda hypoteksl\u00e5n kr\u00e4ver inga l\u00e5nebetalningar under hus\u00e4garens hela livstid, till skillnad fr\u00e5n terminsl\u00e5n.<\/p><p>Du har m\u00f6jlighet att f\u00e5 pengarna fr\u00e5n det omv\u00e4nda bol\u00e5net i en enda utbetalning, i form av en kreditlinje eller i m\u00e5natliga avbetalningar. L\u00e5ntagarna f\u00e5r endast l\u00e5na mot sin prim\u00e4ra bostad och m\u00e5ste antingen \u00e4ga sin fastighet helt och h\u00e5llet eller ha minst 50% eget kapital med h\u00f6gst en prim\u00e4r pantr\u00e4tt (skuldform) - med andra ord f\u00e5r l\u00e5ntagarna inte ha en andra pantr\u00e4tt fr\u00e5n en kredit f\u00f6r eget kapital i hemmet (Home Equity Line of Credit, HELOC) eller ett andra hypoteksl\u00e5n. Pengar fr\u00e5n ett omv\u00e4nt hypoteksl\u00e5n anv\u00e4nds ofta f\u00f6r att betala av l\u00e5ntagarens nuvarande hypoteksl\u00e5n om l\u00e5ntagaren inte redan \u00e4ger bostaden helt och h\u00e5llet.<\/p><p>Omv\u00e4nda bol\u00e5n som st\u00f6ds av staten \u00e4r endast tillg\u00e4ngliga f\u00f6r vissa typer av egendom.
