Tradicionalmente, los compradores quieren negociar el precio con el vendedor, pero si negociaran el coste del pr\u00e9stamo con el vendedor, podr\u00edan ahorrarse miles de euros. \u00a1Incluso $100 de miles de d\u00f3lares! Ese $25.000 puede rebajar permanentemente el tipo para el prestatario a aproximadamente 5,125%. El pago de la oferta a precio completo ser\u00eda de $3485,00. Esto supone un ahorro de $433,82,00 al mes, y de $156.175,00 a lo largo del plazo del pr\u00e9stamo en comparaci\u00f3n con la estrategia de reducci\u00f3n del precio de la vivienda. Si utilizamos la negociaci\u00f3n tradicional del precio de la vivienda, tendr\u00edamos que reducir el precio hasta $553.752,00 para conseguir el mismo ahorro, y sabemos que el vendedor no lo har\u00e1 por nosotros. Hay otra ventaja. El vendedor obtiene el precio completo de la vivienda y puede deducirse fiscalmente el descuento pagado como coste de venta de la vivienda.
