Diese $25.000 k\u00f6nnen den Zinssatz f\u00fcr den Kreditnehmer dauerhaft auf etwa 5,125% senken. Die Zahlung f\u00fcr das Angebot zum vollen Preis w\u00fcrde $3485.00 betragen. Dies entspricht einer Ersparnis von $433.82.00 pro Monat und $156.175.00 \u00fcber die Laufzeit des Kredits im Vergleich zur Strategie der Hauspreissenkung. Bei herk\u00f6mmlichen Preisverhandlungen m\u00fcssten Sie den Kaufpreis auf $553.752,00 senken, um dieselbe Ersparnis zu erzielen, und wir wissen, dass der Verk\u00e4ufer das nicht f\u00fcr Sie tun wird. Es gibt einen weiteren Vorteil.
